📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most card sets ship USPS Ground Advantage or First Class, typically between $3.50–$4.50 depending on weight and location.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. only). Delivery times may vary during holidays or severe weather.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Little Notes Paper Co. is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost by USPS, please reach out and we will help however we can. Once an order leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for delivery.

Because each card is handmade, all sales are final.

However, I want you to be happy with your order! If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at tyler@littlenotespaperco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

I gladly offer:

• Replacement for damaged items

• Corrections if the wrong item was sent

• Store credit when appropriate

I do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

• Normal variations of handmade items
